Oman,1/7:All eyes will be on the draw of the ICC T20 World Cup 2021 to be held in Oman today. Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) President Sourav Ganguly and Board’s secretary Jay Shah are in Oman for the event. It is being told that the ceremony will start at 3.30 pm. Along with the BCCI pair, ICC officials will also be there in the event. The event will reveal only the T20 World Cup draw, while the exact match schedule will be announced in a week’s time.
In such a situation, all eyes will be on those groups to which India and Pakistan (two arch rivals) are attracted. Especially since they do not play against each other in bilateral competitions. It should also be noted that the first round of the tournament is likely to be a qualifying event where eight teams have already qualified, while four teams will qualify for the qualifier.
