Mumbai, 22/7 (AO Bureau):An accused has made a big disclosure about Raj Kundra, husband of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, who was arrested for shooting a porn movie. A wanted accused in the case claims that Raj Kundra had allegedly given a bribe of Rs 25 lakh to the Crime Branch of Mumbai Police to evade arrest.
According to media reports, Arvind Srivastava alias Yash Thakur is also an accused in the porn movie case. He had complained about this to the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) in March through email. At that time, the ACB had sent this complaint to the Mumbai Police Commissioner’s office in April. However, the police officers of the city are not saying anything on this. On Wednesday, the Crime Branch also raided Raj Kundra’s office in Andheri.
Arvind Srivastava had a firm called Flizz Movies. It was earlier known as Newflix. It is a US based firm. The complaint was filed by the same firm in March. In March, the police had named the firm in the case and seized two bank accounts of its owner Arvind Srivastava. 4.5 crores were in these accounts. In the email, Nuflix has claimed that a police reporter had also demanded Rs 25 lakh from the firm.
The Crime Branch of Mumbai Police, which is investigating the Raj Kundra porn movie case, has got a big success. Crime Branch sources are being quoted as saying that he has got around 70 videos made by accused Umesh Kamat. It has been informed that all these videos were made by Kamat with the help of different production houses.
At the same time, sources have also told that a total of 90 videos ranging from 20 minutes to 30 minutes uploaded on the Hotshot app have also been taken by the crime branch. During the interrogation of Mumbai Crime Branch, Raj Kundra was shown these videos which were sent by Umesh Kamat to UK production company Kenrin.
