Mumbai, 27/7 (AO Bureau):Bollywood’s famous actress Shilpa Shetty’s husband and businessman Raj Kundra, who was arrested in a pornography case, has been sent to 14-day judicial custody today. He is accused of producing an obscene film and spreading it through a mobile app. The Crime Branch of Mumbai Police had disclosed about making a pornographic film in February and uploading it through apps.
However, Mumbai Police had sought 7 days police custody for Raj Kundra to get more information related to the case, but the court rejected the request of Mumbai Police. At the same time, according to news agency ANI, the Crime Branch of Mumbai Police says that Shilpa Shetty has not yet been given a clean chit in the pornography case. All possibilities and angles are being investigated. Forensic auditors have been appointed and they are probing all the account transactions in this case.
