New Delhi, 18/6: During the speech from the Red Fort on the occasion of Independence Day 2021, Prime Minister Narendra Modi (PM Modi) mentioned 6 government schemes. He wants that before the Lok Sabha elections to be held in the year 2024, all the people should get the benefit of these schemes. A large population is getting the benefit of these schemes, but the goal of the government is to reach it to every person. Let us take a look at what is that scheme and what is its status at the grassroots level at present.
These schemes are – Ayushman Bharat, which provides free medical insurance, Ujjwala Yojana – which provides free LPG connections, life insurance schemes, Atal Pension Yojana, PM Awas Yojana and Har Ghar Jal – Drinking Water Scheme. Four of these schemes started in Modi’s first term and played a key role in his victory in 2019, while ‘Ayushman Bharat’ and ‘Har Ghar Jal’ have shown some impact on the ground in Modi’s second term so far. .
