Mumbai, 31/8: Bollywood actor Armaan Kohli was on Monday sent to Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) custody till September 1, following the seizure of drugs from his residence in Mumbai. NCB has also arrested two drug smugglers by raiding in Juhu area today. He was arrested along with MD. In this episode, NCB, looking for evidence, got a big success on Monday.
NCB has recovered a chat related to drugs from the mobile phone of Armaan Kohli. This can be solid evidence under the NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Act 1985. Based on the chat received from Kohli’s phone, NCB is probing whether he is involved in the supply chain of drugs. Kohli has got 1.2 grams of cocaine, which is the quantity consumed. On Monday, 2 drug suppliers were caught by NCB from Juhu area with some quantity of MD. This action has been taken after the arrest of Armaan Kohli.
