Coronavirus 3rd wave already started in Mumbai and Tamilnaddu?

New Delhi, 4/9: Concern about the third wave of Coronavirus is increasing continuously. In Kerala these days about 30 thousand cases are being reported every day. On the other hand, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu have also increased the tension of the country. The positivity rate of corona is continuously increasing in Mumbai and Tamil Nadu. According to the Ministry of Health, 42 thousand 618 new cases of corona infection have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours, while 330 patients have died during this period.

In the last 24 hours, there has been a slight increase in fresh cases of corona virus in some districts of Tamil Nadu including Coimbatore, Namakkal, Cuddalore and Villupuram. On Friday, 1,568 new cases were reported in the state. While 1,562 cases were registered on Thursday and 1,509 on Wednesday. In the last 24 hours, most cases have come from Coimbatore. It is the only district to report more than 200 new cases. On Friday, 239 cases were registered as compared to 215 cases on Thursday. Similarly, in Namakkal, new cases increased from 47 to 62, while in Cuddalore it increased from 43 to 55. After Coimbatore, the maximum number of cases came from Chennai. 162 new cases were reported in Chennai on Friday, while on Thursday the figure was 166.
