India will send Covid-19 vaccines all over the world under ‘Vaccine Friendship’ from next month: Mansukh Mandaviya

new Delhi, 20/9:Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya said on Monday that more than 81 crore doses have been given under the ongoing vaccination campaign against corona virus in the country. He said, ‘So far more than 81 crore doses of Covid-19 vaccine have been given in the country.’ Along with this, he told that the last 10 crore doses were given in just 11 days.

 

The Union Minister further said, under ‘Vaccine Maitri’, India will help the whole world and contribute to Covax in the fourth quarter. . Vaccine production will increase as Biological E and other companies are bringing their vaccines to the market.

COVAX is a global initiative, formally known as the COVID-19 Vaccine Global Access Facility. Its goal is to ensure that middle- and low-income countries get vaccines for COVID-19 on time.
