UP ,23/9: The court on Thursday sentenced the accused, who raped and then murdered a minor girl two years ago in Hathras, to be hanged. Along with this, the Special Judge of Hathras Court, Poxo Court No. 1 also imposed a fine of fifty thousand on the accused. Significantly, in 2019, after raping a minor girl, the accused burnt her alive by pouring kerosene on her. Later the girl died during treatment. On the basis of the statements given by the victim in the hospital, the court has sentenced the accused to death. It is worth mentioning that on 16 April 2019, Sikandrau police arrested the accused and sent him to jail.
