NThe Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs ie CBIC has asked the regional offices to prepare an action plan so that no case of GST evasion is pending for more than one year.
The CBIC has also asked the GST authorities to expedite the investigation and issue show cause notices in cases of theft, so that the adjudicating authority has enough time to pass orders.
