Bhubaneswar, 26/10:Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik has decided to set up 34 Child Friendly Police Stations in the state. There are a total of 34 police districts in the state and the Chief Minister has directed to set up one child-friendly police station in each police district.
The decision was taken by the Chief Minister, realizing the need for a special environment within the police station for many children and children who need help at various times for various reasons. .
