Kulgam, 12/11:Once again there is news of an encounter between security forces and terrorists in Chawalgam area of Kulgam in South Kashmir. So far it is not known how many terrorists have been surrounded by the security forces. Let us inform that on Thursday also, two terrorists were killed by the security forces in a terrorist encounter in Chawalgam. Security forces had recovered a large quantity of ammunition and AK 47 rifles from the slain terrorists.
According to the Jammu and Kashmir Police, a search operation has been launched in the area after receiving intelligence about the hiding of terrorists in Chawalgam. Identification is also being done by vacating some residential complexes. It is not yet known how many terrorists are hiding in the area. Let us inform that one of the two terrorists killed in the encounter on Thursday has been identified. The terrorist killed in the encounter was associated with the Mujahideen Gajwatul Hind terrorist organization.
