OMICRON fear :Big meetings cancelled in Mumbai

Mumbai, 11/10: The risk of corona is increasing once again in the country. New cases of Corona’s new variant Omicron have once again created an atmosphere of fear in the country. Like the previous two waves of Corona, the third wave also seems to be dominating Maharashtra. So far 32 cases of Omicron have been reported in the country, out of which 17 cases have been found in Maharashtra alone. At the same time, 3 cases of Omicron have been reported in Mumbai in the last 24 hours. According to the news agency PTI, in view of the threat of Omicron, all large gatherings in Mumbai have been banned for the next two days. According to information received from Mumbai Police, in view of the increasing cases of Omicron, all types of gatherings, vehicle rallies and protest marches have been completely banned for the next two days.

 

 

According to the order issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Operations), this ban will be effective for 48 hours on Saturday and Sunday. He said that this decision has been taken with the aim of preventing the danger of getting patients of Omicron variant of Corona and maintaining law and order in the wake of violence in Amravati, Malegaon and Nanded. Let us inform that seven cases of Omicron, including a three-and-a-half-year-old girl, were reported in Maharashtra on Friday.
