Team India starts practice in South Africa

Johannesburg, 18/12: Team India has reached South Africa to play Test and ODI series. However, there was a lot of controversy before going on tour. The captaincy of the ODI team was withdrawn from Virat Kohli. After this, differences emerged between Kohli and BCCI on many issues. However, now the eyes of the team are on the Test series. The first test is starting from 26 December. The team has never won a Test series in South Africa (India vs South Africa).

BCCI has posted a video of Team India’s first practice session on social media. In this, Virat Kohli and coach Rahul Dravid are seen playing football with the team. However, the new vice-captain of the Test team, Rohit Sharma has been ruled out of the Test series due to injury. In the video, the team’s strength and conditioning coach Soham Desai is telling that we were in a strict quarantine in Mumbai for three days. We reached here after a long flight of 10 hours and stayed in Quarantine again for a day.
