Jharsuguda, 13/1: In a major development, Miss Jasmita Bhorasagar , Revenue Inspector, Sahaspur Revenue Circle, Laikera Tahasil, Dist- Jharsuguda, has been apprehended by Odisha Vigilance while demanding and accepting bribe Rs 7000/- from a Complainant for issuance of legal heir certificate in favour of his Mother. The entire bribe money has been recovered from Miss Bhorasagar and seized.
In this connection, Rourkela Vigilance PS Case No 1/22 has been registered U/S 7 PC Amd.Act 2018.Following trap, simultaneous searches have been launched on properties of Miss Bhorasagar at 2 places in Jharsuguda district. Investigation in progress against Ms Bhorasagar. Detailed report follows.
