New Delhi, 15/1:Corona’s new variant Omicron is causing havoc all over the world. Omicron has three sub-lineage, or strains, BA.1, BA.2 and BA.3. Till now BA.1 strain was wreaking havoc in Britain. But now it is being said that the BA.2 strain has arrived in Britain too. The BA.2 strain is the most rapidly spreading variant of Omicron. According to the British newspaper Daily Express, recently the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) has identified 53 sequences of Omicron in the UK. According to UKHSA, 53 cases of Omicron’s BA.2 strain have been reported in the UK.
