Sachin Tendulkar won’t play Road Safety World Series

New Delhi, 20/1: Former India captain Sachin Tendulkar will not be a part of the second leg of the Road Safety World Series tournament as several players have complained of dues in the first season. International players who have retired (Road Safety World Series) participate in this tournament. Tendulkar, who has played for India Legends, who won the first leg title, has also not received full payment for the first season and has now decided to distance himself completely from this tournament.

 

 

There have been reports in Bangladesh media that many top former players of the country have also not been paid for the first season, including Khalid Mahmood, Khalid Masood, Mehrab Hossain, Rajin Saleh, Hannan Sarkar and Nafees Iqbal. Sachin Tendulkar was also the brand ambassador of the first leg of the tournament and Sunil Gavaskar was the commissioner of the tournament. A source with knowledge of this told PTI, ‘Sachin will not be a part of the new season of Road Safety World Series. The tournament is to be held in UAE from March 1 to 19, but Sachin is not in this tournament in any way.
