Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu slams AAP

New Delhi, 22/3: Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu has attacked Arvind Kejriwal over the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidates for the Rajya Sabha elections. He said that except for former cricketer Harbhajan Singh, the rest of the names given for the nomination are ‘betrayal to Punjab’.

 

The Aam Aadmi Party has nominated former cricketer Harbhajan Singh, Lovely Professional University founder Ashok Mittal, party leader Raghav Chadha, IIT Delhi faculty Sandeep Pathak and industrialist Sanjeev Arora for the Rajya Sabha elections to be held on March 31.

 

All these candidates have filed their nominations at the Punjab Vidhan Sabha Complex on Monday. Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu targeted Arvind Kejriwal regarding these candidates of Aam Aadmi Party for the Rajya Sabha elections. Sidhu tweeted that the new batteries for the remote control of Delhi are shining. Only Harbhajan Singh is an exception, the rest of the batteries are a betrayal of Punjab.
