Sundergarh:(Ao Bureau):- The Government of India established the Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering & Technology (CIPET) with the primary goal of boosting the number of individuals skilled in various fields of plastics engineering and technology. From that time CIPET has helped lakhs of young minds to paint a bright future.
With great success and unwavering resolve, CIPET Ranchi in association with NTPC Coal Mining are offering admission in a number of courses, including Machine Operator (Plastic Processing) and Machine Operator (Injection Moulding). These programmes provide a specific emphasis on offering academic courses that are employment-oriented and skill-development training for the unemployed, underemployed, and underprivileged youths immediately adjacent to NTPC coal mining projects.
NTPC Dulanga Coal Mining Project organised the Mobalization Cum Counseling Program for the village youth in the same vein. Two representatives from the CIPET institute, as well as executives from the NTPC Dulanga R&R Department, supervised the programme. A substantial population enthusiastically attended the session and expressed their appreciation for the initiative. One of the main goals of NTPC Dulanga’s social welfare programme is to empower the local youth, as evidenced by the periodic frequent counselling sessions that are held at different schools nearby by the NTPC Dulanga team in association with various educators.
