Jaipur, 21/11: Congress has promised Rs 2 lakh interest-free loan to farmers and MSP as per Swaminathan commission report in its manifesto for upcoming Rajasthan Assembly polls, reported news agency PTI.
It has also promised a new scheme for recruitment at panchayat level and caste census in the state, if it comes back to power. The polling in Rajasthan will be held on November 25.
