Gaza, 26/11: Hamas released a second group of Israeli and foreign hostages Saturday night in exchange for the release of Palestinian prisoners, Israeli authorities said Sunday morning, after an hour long delay raised fears that a fragile truce in the Gaza Strip could collapse all together.
Qatar, which helped broker the deal alongside Egypt, said two mediators had managed to overcome an impasse between Israel and Hamas.
