Sambalpur : Yoga, an ancient practice originating from India, has obtained global recognition for its
numerous physical and mental health benefits. Recognizing the importance of this
holistic approach to well-being, JSWBPSL celebrated International Yoga Day on 21 st
June with the theme "Yoga for Self and Society."
The event, graced by Shri Anil Kumar Singh, President & WTD, JSWBPSL, aimed to
promote physical and mental well-being through Yoga. The session included various
yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation techniques.
The participants engaged themselves in the practice, experiencing a sense of
calmness, rejuvenation, and enhanced focus. The atmosphere was filled with positivity
as the collective energy of the participants vibrated throughout the event.
