New Delhi, 5/7: The Delhi High Court on Friday asked the Central Bureau Investigation (CBI) to respond to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s plea seeking bail in a corruption case related to the alleged excise policy scam.
The CBI, however, raised an objection to Kejriwal directly moving the HC for bail without approaching trial court first.
