Kaniha : NTPC Talcher Kaniha proudly organized the “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” campaign, a heartfelt environmental initiative dedicated to honoring mothers through a large-scale plantation drive.
Head of Project, Shri Ashok Kumar Sehgal, lauded the initiative, emphasizing its significance in promoting environmental sustainability and paying tribute to the nurturing spirit of mothers. While planting a tree, Shri Sehgal fondly remembered his own mother and grandmother, sharing touching anecdotes that resonated with the attendees.
Shri Prakash Kumar GM(FM), Shri S.S Rao, GM(ADM&AU), President Tanvi Sangam, Smt. Renu Sehgal, representatives of Union and Association, and other senior HODs were present on the occasion.
The event saw enthusiastic participation from employees all united by a common goal: to plant trees in memory of their beloved mothers.
