Two disabled fishing boats were safely towed by PPA tug boat

Paradip – Two disabled fishing boats in trouble due to rough weather were safely towed by the Paradip Port Authority (PPA) tug boat into Paradip harbour on Thursday. Upon request received from DSP Paradip and AFO Kujang, PPA immediately dispatched Tug Tarini, pilot boat Jagannath and patrol boat Saanvi to rescue. Fishing boats have cleared off their fouled propellers and now safely alongside inside Paradip harbour and will be moving to sea soon.

Denizens of Paradip have appreciated the noble and timely action by  P.L.Haranadh, Chairman, PPA and the brave Marine Team, who have executed the rescue mission inspite of inclement rainy weather conditions
