Mumbai: Festival season is coming and Central agencies have warned of potential terror threats in Mumbai during festive season. Mumbai has been put on high alert to be prepared for carrying out any possible terror attacks.Mumbai is gearing up for upcoming Durga puja, Diwali with law enforcement conducting mock drills at various locations including Bhaucha Dhakka, Barkat Ali Road and even in ISCKON to ensure that they are prepared for any unexpected situation. Temples, Mosques and crowded areas have been advised to be extra cautious to avoid any unwanted situation.As per Mumbai police, mock drills are being conducted at various places to strengthen security system at sensitive locations and Security has been tightened at crowded places.“We have been instructed to conduct ‘mock drills’ at crowded places and religious sites. All DCPs have been asked to pay special attention to security arrangements in their respective zones,” police stated.
