Oppn considering submitting notice for moving resolution to remove Jagdeep Dhankhar as vice president: Sources

New Delhi, 9/12: Dusting off its draft prepared in August, Opposition I.N.D.I.A. bloc on Monday indicated that it is moving ahead with a resolution to “remove” Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar from office, accusing him of “partisan” behaviour in Rajya Sabha during the ongoing Winter Session.

The relationship between Dhankhar, who is also Rajya Sabha Chairman, and the Opposition soured in the past couple of days with the Opposition claiming that he has allowed the ruling BJP MPs to raise controversial issues.
