Bhubaneswar: The Income Tax Department is carrying out raids on the house of Hansita Abhilipsa in the fraud case. Simultaneous house raids at 10 locations in Odisha, New Delhi and Jharkhand are being carried out.On January 6, Anil’s wife was enquired for around 5 to 6 hours by the officials. During the enquiry that extended for long hours, Anil’s wife has revealed some shocking information against Hansita.The investigating officials have received news about the HDFC and ICICI bank transactions of Anil. On the other hand the Enforcement Directorate has also asked for information against the real life Bunty-Babli duo. People have business links with Anil are also being enquired.They duo Anil and Hansita were scamming people by impersonating themselves as the relatives of VVIPs. They mostly targeted business tycoons and industrialists. They used to show morphed pictures with VVIPs and scammed other people. The special Crime Unit of Bhubaneswar police will soon take the duo in remand and start enquiry.
