Sambalpur : On January 8, 2025, the CSR Department of JSW BPSL laid the foundation stone for a Kalyan
Mandap in Thelkoloi village, addressing the community's need for a dedicated facility to
host large-scale events such as marriages, cultural gatherings, and other social functions.
The ceremony was attended by dignitaries including Mrs. Abanti Nayak, Sarapanch of
Thelkoloi, Mr. Mihir Kumar Mishra, AVP-Civil and Mr. Vishal Raj, Head-CSR of JSW BPSL,
along with local residents and officials.
The Kalyan Mandap will provide a versatile space for social and cultural activities, reflecting
JSW BPSL's commitment to community welfare and improving the quality of life in its
peripheral villages. Mrs. Nayak expressed gratitude to the JSW Foundation, highlighting the
project's role in strengthening social bonds. Mr. Raj emphasized the initiative's alignment
with JSW BPSL's mission of sustainable community development.
The villagers and community leaders lauded the JSW Foundation for its continuous efforts
