Gopa: In a tragic incident, two people died after their car met with an accident near the Junei sankha square in the Nimapada road in Puri district.The deceased has been identified as Sandip Mahapatra of Guhalpada in Nimapada and Sanatana Senapati of Jaleswar. The duo were travelling for their law examination.According to information, on Wednesday night, four people were travelling in a car from Konark to Nimapada when it lost balance and overturned to the roadside. It fell inside a pond as it overturned from the road.Locals saw the vehicle and informed the fire brigade. The fire tenders rescued those trapped inside the vehicle. They were rushed to the Gopa Community health centre. The doctors declared two of them brought dead while the other two are undergoing treatment there.
