Belagavi, 23/1: Leader of the Opposition in the Assembly R Ashoka said on Wednesday that the Congress government in the state had utilised the 60 per cent commission taken from contractors for the ‘Gandhi Bharata’ programme that was organised in Belagavi.
Addressing a press conference here, he said law and order had collapsed in the state and that Congress legislators were themselves complaining that development had come to a standstill in their constituencies.
