New Delhi, 28/12;In relief to Delhi CM Atishi, the Rouse Avenue court on Tuesday quashed a defamation case filed against her by a BJP leader.
The defamation case was reportedly over Atishi’s comments where she said that she had been approached by BJP to join them or face ED action, media reports said. Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court allowed the appeal moved by Delhi CM Atishi against a summon issued to her in this case.
