National Health Mission District Level Cricket League at Hitech.

Bhubaneswar:(Correspondent):-Sports always bring out the youth entrepreneurship in people of all walks of life. Hundreds of health workers of National Health Mission working in Odisha, especially 20 teams representing 20 districts, participated in the Odisha Premier League Cricket Tournament organized at the sports ground in Hitech Medical College and Hospital complex. Balangir district emerged as the winner of this tournament while Kandhamal district came in second place. Health Minister Dr. Mukesh Mahalinga was the chief guest in this and added that like sportspersons, health workers should also always be active and this National Health Mission Odisha Premier League will always keep the health workers active. Mission Director Dr.Vrinda D  While the health workers joined  and guided them to live their lives like sportspersons, Senior Administrative Officer Mrinalakanta Das and Health Director Dr. Bijay Kumar Mahapatra encouraged the sportspersons. On this occasion, Managing Trustee of Hitech Group Shri Suresh Kumar Panigrahi explained the historic victory of Hitech Group in the field of health services and challenged the health workers to work for Odisha in the coming days and take Odisha to every corner of India. While Paralakhemundi MLA Eng. Rupesh Kumar Panigrahi joined and encouraged all the sportspersons. Hundreds of health workers participated in this cricket league held for 2 days and made it a success.
