The much-anticipated East Zone Inter University Men Championship 2024-25 commenced today at KIIT University, under the aegis of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi. The grand sporting event, scheduled from February 11 to February 22, 2025, has attracted 72 universities with 1,600 players & officials, including 12 universities from Odisha.
The tournament was formally inaugurated by Prof. Achyuta Samanta, Founder of KIIT, KISS & KIMS today that is on 11th February 2025, who extended his heartfelt congratulations to all participants and wished them the very best for their matches.This championship is not just a competition but a platform for young athletes to showcase their talent, determination, and sportsmanship. As they step onto the field, they carry the spirit of teamwork, perseverance, and excellence.
The players and officials expressed their gratitude to Prof. Samanta for his unwavering support, blessings, and world-class sports infrastructure that has elevated university sports to international standards.
