Virtual Lab Inauguration at GIET University in Collaboration with IIT Delhi

Gunupur:(Correspondent):-GIET University, in association with IIT Delhi, successfully inaugurated its Virtual Lab, marking a significant milestone in the institution’s commitment to technological advancement in education.
The event commenced with a welcome address by Dr. Raghvendra Kumar, Coordinator, GIET University. This was followed by addresses from esteemed university officials, including Dr. K.M. Gopal, Deputy Dean of Computational Sciences; Dr. N.V.J. Rao, Registrar; and Dr. A.V.N.L. Sharma, Vice Chancellor, GIET University.
The highlight of the inauguration was the expert talk delivered by Mr. Chandan Kumar and Mr. Ubaid Mushtaq Najar from Virtual Labs, IIT Delhi. Their insightful discussion focused on the advantages and practical applications of Virtual Labs in modern education.
A Virtual Lab serves as an online simulation of a laboratory environment, enabling users to conduct experiments, analyze data, and explore scientific concepts without the need for physical lab equipment. These labs are particularly beneficial in fields such as physics, chemistry, biology, and engineering, providing an interactive, hands-on learning experience.
