Bhubaneswar : On the occasion of International Women’s Day 2025, State Bank of India
Bhubaneswar Circle organized various CSR activities across Odisha. ,
In an event organized at SBI LHO Bhubaneswar, Hon’ble Deputy Chief
Minister of Odisha Smt. Pravati Parida had graced the occasion and
distributed 200 Sewing Machines for Women SHGs and other Start-Up
Lady Entrepreneurs as well as 81 numbers of Sanitary Pad Incinerators
for Girls High Schools and Ladies Hostels across Odisha. . In the said
event, Chief General Manager Shri Dinesh Pruthi, General Manager Shri
Ponnambalam M., General Manager Shri Kaushal Kishor Singh, Deputy
General Managers and more than 100 staff members of SBI LHO
Bhubaneswar were present. Dy Chief Minister madam has lauded
efforts of SBI’s various initiatives for the upliftment of weaker section and
girl students of Schools / Colleges/ Universities under CSR programs.
She has also praised SBI for smooth transfer of funds directly to the
accounts of beneficiaries under Subhadra scheme and maximum
disbursal of loans under Mission Shakti for which Odisha State has
ranked 2 nd position Pan India.
