Rayagada, March 8, 2025: Utkal Alumina International Limited, a subsidiary of Hindalco Industries under the Aditya Birla Group, observed International Women’s Day with great enthusiasm at the Nuapada Township Clubhouse today. The event witnessed active participation from the company’s women employees, who were engaged in different session of activities and interactive discussions.
The celebration was graced by our Unit Head Shri. Rabi Mishra and Functional Head – Human Resources Mr. Bijaya Kumura, who delivered upon the significance of women empowerment and their invaluable contributions to society and personal lives.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Rabi Mishra highlighted Utkal Alumina’s commitment to foster an inclusive workplace where women play a pivotal role in driving success starting from a person’s life from childhood to death. He also stressed on the different stages of a man and the role of women in their life. Mr. Bijaya Kumura reinforced the need for equal opportunities and encouraged women to excell in their professional and personal spheres.
