Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme Held for Rural Unemployed Youths at Therubali

Rayagada :- IMFA and BIPF, in collaboration with the District Industries Centre (DIC), Rayagada, organized an Entrepreneurship Awareness Generation Programme at therubali today under the guidance of Sri Asish Kumar Roy Vice President & EIC. The event aimed to empower rural unemployed youths with knowledge and opportunities for entrepreneurship. The programme was graced by Chief Guest Sri Bijaya Kumar Sahu, GM, DIC, Rayagada. Sri M. Srinivash, GM (Mechanical), IMFA, inaugurated the event in the presence of Sri Samir Raut, DGM (HR), IMFA; Sri Radhasyam Panda, an eminent social worker and Director of Palli Vikash NGO; Ms. Mamata Pulaka, Sarapanch of Therubali; Smt. Susanti Kutruka, Sarapanch of Keliguda; and Sri Haladhar Himirika, Vice Chairman of Kolonara Panchayat Samiti. Also present were Sri Deepak Kumar Ojha, Assistant Manager (PR),Sri Manash Mahapatra Jr Officer (PR) & Sri Prabhakar Panda, Program Officer, BIPF. The event witnessed active participation from 110 aspiring entrepreneurs, including both men and women. The GM, DIC, Rayagada, along with his team, provided an insightful briefing on various government schemes available to help youths start small industrial ventures. They also explained the processes and systems to be followed. Sri M. Srinivash and Sri Samir Raut expressed their gratitude to the DIC for facilitating such a valuable initiative at Therubali. They assured full support to the interested entrepreneurs, including guidance and assistance in starting their ventures. Sri Radhasyam Panda coordinated the programme, while Sri Dipak Kumar Ojha welcomed the guests and participants. The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Sri Prabhakar Panda. The programme was seamlessly managed by Sri Manash Mahapatra and Sri Rabi Kousaly from the PR department, with strong support from all the staff members of BIPF. The day ended with a lunch for all attendees.
