Bengaluru, 15/4: A Bengaluru court on Tuesday rejected the bail petition filed by a Ballari jeweller arrested in the infamous Ranya Rao gold smuggling case.
The Special Court of Economic Offences judge Vishwanath Channabasappa Gowdar rejected the application filed by Sahil Sakariya Jain. “The bail application filed by accused 3 under section 480 of BNSS, 2023, is hereby rejected,” the court ordered.
