New Delhi, 12/1 (AO Bureau): In a major breakthrough for protesting farmers, the Supreme court has stayed the implementation of farm laws until further orders. It has also set up the four-member committee to break the deadlock between farmers and the Centre. The committee comprises H S Mann, Pramod Kumar Joshi, Ashok Gulati and Anil Dhanwant.
