Non-bailable warrant against Nikita Jacob by Delhi -police in farmer protest toolkit case

New Delhi, 15/2 (Ao Bureau): Delhi Police started clamping down on the accused who prepared it in connection with a tool kit case shared on Twitter by Greta Thunberg, an environmental activist about the Farmers Protest.  Environmental activist Disha Ravi has been arrested by the Delhi Police. At the same time, the Special Cell of Delhi Police has issued a non-bailable warrant from the court against another accused Nikita Jacob in this case. Nikita Jacob is a lawyer by profession and is being absconded in this case.

According to sources in Delhi Police’s Special Cell, on February 11, Nikita went to search the team of Special Cell at Jacob’s house. This team went to check his mobile phone and electronic device. Due to evening time, he could not be questioned. Nikita was signed by the Special Cell on the document that she would be involved in the investigation. But after that Nikita became underground.

According to Delhi Police, Nikita Jacob is influenced by Khalistan ideology. Nikita Jacob also contacted a person named Punit from Canada. Four days before January 26, Nikita and others also had a meeting on the Zoom app. MO Dhaliwal of Point for Justice, an organization associated with the Khalistan organization, contacted Nikita Jacob through his Canadian colleague Puneet. Its purpose was to create a stir on Twitter before Republic Day.
