Lockdown is needed : Gujarat High Court

Ahmedabad, 6/4 (AO Bureau)The Gujarat High Court has given instructions amidst rising corona infection in the state. The court has commented that there is a need for a lockdown in the state. The court asked to take a decision based on the situation as soon as possible. The High Court said that the government should take a decision in respect of 3 to 4 days curfew and weekend curfew in the state. For the first time in Gujarat, 3,000 Kovid-19 cases a day came on Monday. A total of 3,160 cases were reported in the state. Fifteen people died due to infection.

Officials of the Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad said that in the last nine days, a total of 899 patients were admitted to the hospital due to corona infection. Of these, 95 percent of those eligible for vaccination were not vaccinated.

132 new cases are coming every hour
According to the English newspaper Times of India, the Medical Superintendent of Civil Hospital, Dr. JP Modi said that out of the 899 patients admitted to the hospital, only 93 anti-corona vaccines received the first dose. At the same time, 21 of these patients received both doses.
Currently, there are 16 thousand 252 active cases in the state and 167 patients are on ventilators. Talking about the total number of cases of the state, 3 lakh 21 thousand 598 and the total death toll has reached 4 thousand 581. April alone five
