Now car companies, automobile associations and NGOs will also be allowed to open driving training centers. These institutes will also be able to issue driving licenses to people who have passed training in their centres. Now you will not have to go to the offices of the Transport Department for the Learning License. However, for registration of vehicles (RC), you will have to go to the RTO for now. The Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) has issued a notice in this regard. However, the Regional Transport Office (RTO) will continue to issue driving licenses as before.

According to the notice of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, now car makers, auto mobile associations and NGOs will also be allowed to open training schools for driving license. Now these companies will be able to issue driving licenses to those who have passed the driving test.
