Mumbai, 16/10:
Questions are being raised on the impartiality of the Narcotics Control Bureau in the case of Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan being arrested at an alleged rave party on a cruise. NCP leader Nawab Malik has raised questions on the functioning of the investigating agency regarding the release of three people arrested in this case and witnesses in the case.
According to the Indian Express report, NCP leader Nawab Malik has claimed that two NCB witnesses are not right in this case. He has said that one witness has links with a political party while the other is a private detective and has cases of fraud registered against him. During a press conference in Mumbai, the NCP leader has termed the cruise raid as fake. Malik alleges that the picture that went viral after Aryan Khan’s arrest was taken by a person named KP Gosavi. After Gosavi’s custodial selfie with Aryan Khan went viral, the investigating agency had earlier said that he had no relation with the man, while later he was called a witness
