Mumbai, 10/11: The man who threatened to rape the daughter of Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli has been arrested by the Mumbai Police. 23-year-old Ramnagesh Srinivas Agubathini has been arrested by the Cyber Cell of Mumbai Police from Hyderabad. Agubathini is a software engineer by profession.
According to media reports, the police is now bringing Agubathini to Mumbai. He has done his BTech from IIT Hyderabad. Let us inform that after the defeat of Team India to Pakistan in the ICC T20 World Cup, there was tremendous online trolling of captain Virat Kohli. His 9-month-old daughter was also threatened.
On this, the Delhi Commission for Women had also issued a notice to the Delhi Police. Women’s Commission chairperson Swati Maliwal had tweeted that the way a 9-month-old girl is getting threats on Twitter, it is really shameful.
