New Delhi, 16/11:Micro-blogging site Twitter will no longer automatically refresh the timeline on the web with new tweets. Users can now decide when they want to load new Tweets. Twitter acknowledged that earlier tweets often disappeared mid-read when a user’s timeline was automatically refreshed. According to the report of TechCrunch, now users will be able to load new tweets by clicking on the tweet counter bar above their timeline.
In September, the company said it would release an update for the web to change the way tweets are displayed so that they don’t automatically disappear when users are reading them. It is worth noting here that even when Twitter’s iOS and Android apps are opened, the timeline of users is not refreshed. Users have to tap on the home button in the navigation bar to load new tweets
