Bhubaneswar, 21/4:On the instructions of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, the Chief Minister’s Secretary 5T Shri V.K. Pandian visited the Cuttack Chandi Temple this morning. On the occasion, he visited his mother and discussed various developmental works of the temple with the services, the district administration and the locals.
A master plan for the improvement of the temple and other development works will be prepared within 7 days and submitted to the Chief Minister for approval.
It is worth noting that the famous Chandimandir in Cuttack is a symbol of the devotion and faith of millions of devotees. Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik has clear instructions for the development of the bench. To this end, the temple committee will discuss various developmental steps with the district administration.
The 5T secretary toured the temple area to discuss various issues related to the temple. The temple authorities drew the attention of the 5T secretary to the problems in the temple, especially the drainage, parking and repairs. Various works are said to have been undertaken to beautify the temple.
The development work of the temple will begin with the help of all the various steps to make the temple more beautiful and for the convenience of the devotees coming here.
Senior engineers from RDC, District Magistrate CMC Commission, DCP, Public Works Department were present during the 5T Secretary’s visit.
