Jagdeep Dhankhar elected as new Vice President of India

New Delhi, 6/8: In a big development, NDA Presidential candidate Jagdeep Dhankar got 528 votes and elected as new Vice President of India. Opposition candidate Margaret Alva got 128 votes in the election. At least 15 votes were cancelled.

Celebrations have begun in Rajasthan’s Jhunjhunu after Jagdeep Dhankar was announced the next Vice-President of India.
