New Delhi, 24/2:The Chief Election Commissioner of India, Rajiv Kumar, in his press conference in Chennai on poll preparedness for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, said that political parties are well within their rights to make promises in their election manifesto.
He further added that voters too have a right to know about the fulfillment of assurances by political parties
