Devagarh, April 30: The state government is not implementing many central schemes for fear of taking credit from Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The work of National Highway 55 is at a standstill due to the careless attitude of the state government, Union Minister Dharma Pradhan said while participating in the nomination letter submission program of Deogarh Assembly candidate Subas Manigarahi.

Shri Pradhan said, the work of National Highway 53 has been completed. 90 percent of National Highway 55 has been completed. And the remaining work cannot be done due to non-cooperation of the state government. The state government is deliberately delaying land acquisition. Naveen Patnaik is opposing all the central schemes coming to Odisha. The fear that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will become the name of the BJJ government. Shri Pradhan has reiterated that there are also logistics park and waterway works. The waterway in the Brahmani river basin runs from Dhamra to Talcher via Paradip. It will be extended to Barkot. If there is a double engine government in the state, everything will be easy. Mr. Pradhan said that the work will be completed after the approval of the land by the revenue department.

Shri Pradhan also asked who spread the net of the national highway in Devagarh. The railway line will start from Barkot and will go to Jharsuguda, Tillibani, Riyamal, Deogarh Municipalities. Mr. Pradhan questioned whether the BJP government has done all this or who else has done it.

Union Minister Shri Pradhan participated in the nomination paper submission program of Deogarh Assembly candidate Subas Manigarahi. The people of Devagarh have already decided to change the government in the state, relying on the Modi guarantee. The state is determined to replace the corrupt BJ government and bring in a progressive Narendra Modi’s twin engine government. He appealed to the people to bring the BJP government in the state and the center by voting with two Padma flowers in this election which is being held for the protection of the people of India.
