Sundergarh:(AO Bureau) :- Promoting the cause of education has always been a crucial part of the community development initiatives at NTPC, the focus being on mainstreaming the masses in the education system.
As part of the motto, NTPC-Darlipali engaged in distribution of School Bags to 300+ students at the Lochan High School- Darlipali. The program was organised at Lochan High School, Darlipali in the presence of Head of the Project Darlipali- H.N. Chakraborty, Head of HR- Pratibha Singh, Sarpanch Darlipali- Nalini Kumura and the school administration on 01.07.2024.
Addressing the children, the HoP mentioned about the importance of education and the role of schools in shaping the value system. He urged the students to foster a sense of belongingness towards the school, teachers, fellow mates and lead a disciplined life to become a future leader.
NTPC’s efforts were lauded by the Sarpanch and the school administration.
